        王璞博士,现任新万博体育app官网教授。1997-2007年先后于沈阳药科大学药学院药剂学系和生命科学与生物制药学院微生物与生化药学系获得本科、硕士和博士学位。2008-2012年在美国约翰霍普金斯大学从事博士后研究工作。2012年8月作为国外引进人才回到新万博体育app官网工作,继续从事环氧合酶-2(Cycloloxygenase-2, COX-2)通过炎症机制调控退行性疾病发病机制领域的研究。目前承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目,教育部支持计划项目等。在SCI收录杂志包括Oncogene、Oncotarget、Aging Cell、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Aging Cell和Scientific Reports等发表30余篇论文;发表通讯作者或第一作者论文20余篇;他引300余次;参编学术专著4部;申请国家发明专利2项;多次受邀在国内外做大会学术报告;担任多种学术杂志审稿人。2014年入选“辽宁省高端人才引进工程” 

科研方向

         主要从事环氧合酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2, COX-2)代谢紊乱参与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease, AD)和骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis, OA)发病机理的研究。应用体外细胞模型和体内小鼠模型相结合的方式,探讨COX-2通过调控炎症因子的表达影响AD和OA发病的分子机制,试图揭示非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)作为COX-2抑制剂类药物治疗AD和OA发病的分子机理。进而对COX-2调控AD和OA发病的信号传导通路进行阐述,发现AD和OA发病的分子靶点,为药物开发提供新思路,新靶标。
